Tiramisu-Inspired Bûche de Noël 

Bûche de Noël is perfect for the upcoming holidays.  The coffee-infused mascarpone cream, swirled inside a chiffon cake, combines the classic flavors of Tiramisu with the festive spirit of a Yule Log.

INGREDIENT  LIST ? Eggs ? Cocoa Powder ? Flour ? Sugar ? Mascarpone  ☕ Instant Coffee ? Condensed Milk ? Chocolate ? Whipping Cream

Making chiffon batter

Spreading the batter 

Dollop the batter into the prepared sheet pan and smooth it evenly.

Rolling the cake log

Spread the tiramisu cream evenly on the sheet and roll the cake.

Spreading the cream

Spread the tiramisu cream on top and sides of the roulade. Trim the ends to expose the swirls.

Frosting the yule log  

Spread the ganache on top of the cake. With a fork and make the zigzag bark-like patterns.
