Rosa di Parma – Italian Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

Rosa di Parma is a showstopper holiday dish. Each slice of the tenderloin resembles a beautiful rose, revealing the subtle layers of meat, prosciutto, cheese, and herbs.

Butterfly the tenderloin by cutting and opening like a letter. Season with salt and pepper.


Lay the thin slices of prosciutto on top of the tenderloin covering  the  entire surface. 


Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and top with chopped herbs.


Start to roll the pork, ensuring that the prosciutto and cheese are tucked inside. 


Secure the roll with a cotton butcher twine. Trim the  strings. Roast in preheated oven.
