These smoked portobello mushrooms are a fantastic meatless alternative made from whole ingredients. They take very little time to prepare and are perfect, flavorful meal.

? Portobello mushroom ?️ Black pepper ? Salt ? Balsamic vinegar ? Thyme ? Wood chip

Wash and clean the mushrooms, trim the stems, and place them gills side down to dry.
